Access to the campaign and any associated codes is limited and not guaranteed; participation is by invitation only and restricted to select individuals at the sole discretion of Pinewood Homes Niagara Ltd. Receipt of a code does not guarantee availability or pricing. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other incentives, promotions, or discounts unless expressly stated in writing.

Pinewood Homes Niagara Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign at its sole discretion and without notice. Brokers are not protected. The Vendor is not offering commission to any outside real estate brokerages. In the event that the Purchaser is represented by a real estate agent or brokerage, the Purchaser shall be solely responsible for the payment of any and all commissions, fees, or remuneration owing to their representative.
